We are a Hong Kong financial auditing practice centred on contract compliance verification — reading agreements the way ledgers do.
Mission
Digital Toolset exists to answer a practical question: did the money move the way the contract said it would? We sit between finance and legal, translating clause language into testable ledger procedures.
Origin
The practice grew out of engagement work in Kwai Chung, where logistics, manufacturing, and trading firms keep dense supplier files and multi-entity payables. Clients kept asking for reviews that statutory auditors were not scoped to perform — rebate reconstructions, milestone releases, and settlement offsets buried in side letters.
How we work
- Start from executed agreements, including schedules and amendments
- Build a clause map before touching the general ledger
- Sample with purpose: high-value obligations first, then anomaly follow-ups
- Write findings that a controller can act on and counsel can cite
We do not sell continuous monitoring products. When a review ends, you receive a dated report and working papers; any follow-on work is a new engagement.
People
Our audit managers have backgrounds in commercial finance and external audit fieldwork. Engagements are staffed from our office at Kowloon Commerce Centre Tower A, with bilingual working papers available in English on request for international boards.

Hong Kong’s commercial contracts move quickly across borders. We design reviews that respect local banking evidence, Companies Ordinance reporting calendars, and the practical limits of document rooms shared across subsidiaries.
