Pricing follows the size of the contract set, the density of financial clauses, and how complete your document room is at kickoff.

How fees are set

We quote after a short scoping call. The figures below are starting points for Hong Kong engagements billed in Hong Kong dollars. Exact fees depend on entity count, amendment volume, and whether field work must be on-site.

What changes the quote

  • Multi-entity groups with separate ledgers

Deposits and billing

A 30% deposit reserves the start week. Progress invoices follow at draft-report stage, with the balance due on final delivery. Fees are informational on this page; no online payment is processed through the site.

What is not included

Statutory company audits, tax filing, and formal legal opinions are outside these fees. If a review uncovers matters that need counsel or forensic specialists, we will say so plainly and stop at the boundary of our engagement letter.
